Illustrative canvas study · your final artwork is painted by hand

Your photograph

Hand-painted canvas

When you are ready, Etsy handles checkout and an artist paints the final work.

A small use case

The picture does not have to be perfect to become important.

A family photograph can be a formal portrait, a baby asleep on a shoulder, or an old scan with a little grain. The preview is the low-pressure way to see a possible canvas before you choose the size and return to Etsy to order.

For groups, pick the clearest version of the people you most want recognised.
Old photos work well when faces are readable, even with a little grain.
Choose the long edge based on where the canvas will live, not only on the original crop.
