Your photo, your email.

Who we are. Kalana is part of Mono by Dusty, Ottho Heldringstraat 202P, 1066AZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 97328200). Questions: send us a message on Etsy.

Your email. We use it to confirm your private preview session; we store only a fingerprint of it. If you tick the box for order updates, we also store the address encrypted and use it for two emails: order received and order shipped. We delete it 90 days after your order is complete or cancelled.

Your photo. It stays private. Without an order, your photo and previews are deleted when the 72-hour session ends. With an order, the painter receives your photo and the study you chose through a private link that expires, and we delete both 90 days after the order is complete.

Your order. Payment, your delivery address and messages are handled by Etsy. For shipping, we read the address from Etsy when the parcel leaves and do not keep it.

Measurement. With your permission we count visits and clicks with Umami. You can change this choice at any time in the footer.

Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data through Etsy messages. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
